BRANDYWHINE HYDROELECTRIC INTAKE CORING

To Whom It May Concern:

Clean Energy Consulting Inc. retained Westcoast Cutting & Coring Ltd. To perform concrete coring work on the intake structure of the Brandywhine run off river hydroelectric facility on October 21st, 2009. The work was performed in conjunction with several other construction activities under stringent safety protocol and environmental procedure. I was the project coordinator and site supervisor for the referenced work. In this capacity I had the pleasure of working with Westcoast Cutting & Coring Ltd.

I am pleased to report that their crew produced professional quality work on a demanding job. Despite unforeseen challenges, they completed the work in a timely and efficient manner, and at all times in accordance with environmental procedure. The on site environmental monitor (Byron Littleton) commented on their commitment to collection and proper disposal of the concrete slurry by-product. It is evident that Westcoast Cutting & Coring Ltd. holds paramount their commitment to working with sound environmental practices. I would recommend Westcoast Cutting & Coring Ltd. for any work of this nature.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours truly,

TYAM SFPR PROJECT

Hello Leo,

Just a quick note to let you know I followed up with Duane Temple of Tyam in regards to the work I referred you for. I normally do not follow up after a referral because I normally would not refer other companies unless I have first hand experience with them.

I was impressed with how you conducted yourself in the initial site meeting. You were confident and made them at ease with your knowledge and expertise on your suggested procedure. So, it did not surprise me when I spoke with Duane that he was impressed with the professionalism of your crew and being properly tooled up when they showed up to perform the work. He was extremely pleased with how the project was handled and will definitely use you for any future work.

In the future, I will not hesitate to refer your company again. Thank you for not disappointing and making us all look good!

RCMP OFFICE CORING

I would like to thank your coring technicians for an excellent job and beyond. During coring for our project in Tsawwassen, a water pipe burst in the building (Not related to the coring) and before the owner closed the main water valve, two offices got flooded. Your technician stopped his coring and assisted the owner of the building with his shopvac to collect the water, preventing further damages. Because the water supply was closed he found a way to bring water from a nearby building in his portable container, this way he could continue drilling and he very quickly finished the job he came to do. The owner was very impressed with him, which reflects on us. Thank you very much! It’s such a pleasure working with a responsible and hard working man representing your company.

CARGILL CANADA

My name is Lance Plett, I am the site foreman with Houle Electric presently at Cargill in North Vancouver. Last week WCC did some cutting for me at Cargill. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the two men that came and did the work. They did a great job on such short notice. The cuts were made in a live Sub Station which required extra care. Their care and professionalism was greatly appreciated. Thank you!
